APPLYING FOR A COURSE

  •      To apply for any of the Sure Start courses, ask for a copy of our course application form which is available at any of our Children’s Centres.  We are happy to provide help with filling this out if you want.  For other courses contact the person shown in the information.

  •    All daytime courses have a crèche available, but spaces are limited.

  •     For all courses and activities, if we have more people applying than we have spaces on the course, we will need to prioritise spaces.  Details of how we do this are on the reverse of the course application form.

  •      Parents/carers wishing to apply for courses can live anywhere in the Blyth Valley area.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

  •       For Sure Start Adult and Family Learning courses – we will confirm as soon as possible whether you have a place on a course and if a crèche place is available.  If you would like any more information please contact us on 798800.

  •    You will be contacted at the address given on your application form.

  •      We review names of applicants who apply for courses and who fail to turn up or drop out without notice.
