Seaton Valley Council covers the five villages of Seaton Delaval, Seaton Sluice, Seghill, Holywell and New Hartley.  The Council are interested in hearing your views about living, working and studying in Seaton Valley.  We currently manage 11 allotment sites across Seaton Valley and act as hosts of the Seaton Valley Community Forum.
