Free Training
Through Fairshare, funding is available to deliver FREE training to Voluntary and community groups in Seaton Valley. This training covers any training that groups identify that they need to increase the skills and knowledge to run their group.
Recent training has included First Aid, Basic Food Hygiene, funding strategies, child protection, basic health and safety and management committee roles and responsiblities

Fire Safety and Training
Places will be allocated to Seaton Valley groups free of charge. Groups outside Seaton Valley can apply at a subsided cost, usually £15 per person. Places are limited to 3 places per group / organisation initially.
Health and Safety Awareness Course (1/2 day course)
Venue: Seaton Sluice Community Centre, Albert Road, Seaton Sluice
Day / Time: Tuesday 24 November 2009, 9:00 am - 1:00 pm
Facilitator: Trainer from Priory Training

Cost of courses are £10 (£5 for half day) per person for community and voluntary groups in Blyth, Cramlington and Seaton Valley. For groups outside this area and statutory organisations the price is £30. Places are limited to 3 places per group / organisation initially with a reserve list being held if further places are required.
