Seaton Sluice Shamanic Sounds
This Healing Chanting group runs every Monday 7.30pm to 9pm at Seaton Sluice Community Centre, Albert Road.
The healing involves chanting and movement which relieves stress and boosts confidence. The group is run by Chris Headland who is a sound therapist, shamanic practitioner and hypnotherapist.
